Restaurant Owner Calls Out Woman's Dishonest Reviews

Someone actually found a person out there who is so unpleasant that they go around leaving nasty reviews for restaurants on Google for no good reason — either that or someone who genuinely thinks everyone is out to get them. This Imgur thread shows off 1/5 star Google review for a local restaurant that the owner called out as a complete lie. The owner even noted that the person had a long history of suspiciously negative reviews of other restaurants in the area and even went so far as to request that particular not return to their establishment any time soon.

We're glad that this restaurant owner put "Bianca" in her place. It's astounding that someone can be such a jerk seemingly everywhere they go and have the gall to think it's everyone else that's the problem.     Font - you added shrimp, we had a separate charge on your check for the shrimp. The server was trying to explain this to you but you described it as "arguing". We weigh and portion our protein so we are 100% sure you received the exact portion for your entree...there are never "scraps" in the food we prepare.
